Celeb Style Steal: Emmy Rossum in Express

Emmy Rossum has always been a big fan of Express, and that’s where she got this adorable ponte stripe a-line dress for $79.90. 

Tommy Hilfiger Three Quarter Sleeve Stripe Dress - $33.30, Macy’s (code: PRES)

This dress looks so comfortable, and I think it would be perfect as a beach cover-up that you could also transition to a dress to walk around and do some shopping in.

I definitely need to recreate this look from Ann Taylor with items from my own closet. I certainly own enough striped shirts!
