Hey Laura! I have been looking for the same thing myself recently. I am wary of getting something too cheap (like a Forever 21 blazer) because I am worried it won’t have enough structure to it. Here are some options that I like:
Ponte Academy Blazer, $61.60 (with code GAPLIST) - I think this is a great look-for-less of J. Crew’s schoolboy blazer, although you just have to decide if ponte is the material you are looking for.
Double Breasted Blazer, $59, Mango
3/4 Sleeve Twill Blazer, $49, Dillard’s
Navy Double Breasted Blazer, $130, Banana Republic (the most expensive of the bunch, but also really good quality, and I love the gold buttons). Also if you look out for sales, I think you could definitely get this for under $100.

Not at all! I bought my turquoise one from this seller, and my yellow one from this seller. Unfortunately, neither of them seem to be selling bubble necklaces right now. I did also just recently ordered a pink one from this seller. I have loved the ones I have gotten so far, I haven’t had any issues with bad quality or anything, that’s why I haven’t bought any of these necklaces outside of E-bay.
Obviously, if you don’t want to go the E-bay route, you can check out Vestique, Etsy and I am sure tons of other places selling similar styles.

Here are some looks for less (the Palmdale necklace is at the top left for comparison):

I’d love to help, but I don’t think I posted a turquoise one-shoulder dress. Let me know what you’re referring to and I will see if I can find it :)
ETA: If you mean the dress from this Polyvore set - http://www.polyvore.com/open_back_dresses/set?id=52535367 - it was from ASOS, but is now sold out.

I would style it with silver/neutral jewelry and accessories, and a pair of flats or kitten heels with some detail, bling or color:

I love these too! For some similar riding boots, try these options:

First of all, I’d definitely suggest keeping an eye on J. Crew sales - for example, right now there are several styles of the Perfect shirt that are on sale for under $50.
As for my favorite blouses, I actually really like Express’ Essential Button Down Blouses (I know, most of you probably haven’t shopped at Express since you were 19, but trust me on this) because I like how they curve in at the waist and are not too long.
For other striped/printed button downs, I would check out these options: Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Hive & Honey, Michael Kors, ASOS, Gap.

Absolutely, my work is business casual (and then of course more business formal for things like client meetings). I have made a Polyvore for both:

I would wear nude heels but add another pop of color with your necklace, like this:

I think that these pants are enough of a statement that the shoes and top should be simple. I would wear a lightweight white blouse and some nude sandals, like this:
