I love Elisabeth’s new short, blonde hair-do, but this dress has way too many details going on at the same time and doesn’t seem to be doing her figure any favors.

Mad Men Collection Leopard Print Trench - $198, Banana Republic
This seems like a “must have” item. I wouldn’t normally wear this much leopard print, but this seems like a more subtle and versatile print than other trenches I have seen.
