Good question! And I don’t know if you all know this, but I used to have a crazy swimsuit buying obsession, and still own like 20 of them. Mine are almost all from Target or Victoria’s Secret, and I do own one from Delia*s and one from J. Crew.

I find Target has a pretty good selection, though a lot of their suits (especially the bikinis) follow juniors sizing so they can be on the small side. I’ve gotten a lot of cute and inexpensive suits there over the years.

Victoria’s Secret I like because they have supportive bra-style tops, though make sure you buy one with removable padding if you’re not going to want padding in the bust area. I also like that they sell a huge variety of top and bottom styles for each pattern, so you can choose between bikinis, tankinis, swim skirts, etc.

I was surprised at how I loved the Delia’s suit I ordered last year. It had a nice, supportive top and the bottoms were big enough despite Delia*s being more of a junior’s site. They also sell one-piece suits in regular and long torso lengths.

And finally, J. Crew always has sales on swimsuits (especially this time of year) and has a lot of cute one-pieces, including ones which are sold based on both your clothing size and bra size.
